OpenXSwitch - Automation/Collection Rule

A feature in OpenXSwitch that automates the consolidation of funds from sub-wallets into a designated primary wallet or another sub-wallet based on predefined rules. This helps centralize funds for improved liquidity management and operational efficiency.

Trigger Condition: Auto-collection rules are triggered by deposits—whenever funds are deposited into the source wallet(s), the sweep logic is evaluated based on your configured frequency.

How to setup Auto Collection Rule

1. Navigate to: WaaS Dashboard > Automation on OpenXSwitch Console:
2. Click Create New Rule
3. Fill in the required fields:
   1. Rule Name: Unique identifier for the rule.
   2. Source Wallet: (Default: All sub-wallets)
   3. Destination Wallet: (Default: Prime Wallet)
   4. Coin: Select the token to be swept (e.g., BTC, USDT, ETH).
   5. Sweep Frequency / Collection Interval: Define how often funds are consolidated (e.g., every hour, daily).
4. Confirm & Submit - Once submitted, the rule will automatically begin sweeping eligible balances based on your configuration.

Supported Frequencies

1. Real Time - This rule is triggered on deposits into the source wallet(s).
